MESSUI 0.148u5 has been released at the usual place

Please note that support for DirectX 8 was dropped from the core, which means that XP is the minimum version of Windows supported for DirectX and HLSL. You'll need to choose one of the other rendering methods (such as gdi) for older machines.
In MESSUI, the DirectX selection box is still there, but 9 is the only option.
