Shoutime can pick up a Time Limit (Chuo 1983) board to dump the proms in order to fix the colors in mame for $700. If you want to help out send him a donation with a note saying "Time Limit". If you have his paypal already you can go ahead and send it, or send me a private message and I'll tell you what it is. Do not send donations for this board to me.
