nplayers.ini and Multiplayer.ini description files are available for MAME 0.179.

Jacob Poon noticed me of the fact that every lines in Multiplayer.ini had carriage return characters doubled. I was aware of that but thought it was the standard format for Mame32 support files. Apparently not so from now on, Multiplayer.ini will have a correct format and the file will be smaller.
